Diet plays a very important role in nurturing your body specially after childbirth. Since you are also breastfeeding your little one, making sure that you are taking in all the necessary nutrients becomes your top priority. Here’s a diet plan for you which will nourish you.
Early Morning (7:00 am-8:00 am)
Hot Milk (1 glass) with 1 tsp Shatavari powder
Soaked Almonds (10)
Breakfast (8:30am-9:00am)
Tofu Parantha with ghee
1 sesame laddoo
1 glass milk with 1 tsp Shatavari Kalp
Mid- Morning (10:00 am- 10:30 am)
Apple Or Pomegranate (1 medium size)
Lunch (12:30pm-1:00pm)
Moong Dal & rice with 2 tbs ghee
1 local and seasonal leafy vegetable
1 glass fresh buttermilk
Mid-Evening (4:00pm-4:30pm)
1 Glass Milk with ghee & sugar
Evening (6:00pm-6:30pm)
1 Bowl Soup (tomato, spinach, drumstick, corn, bottleguard, green peas)
Late Evening (8:00pm)
15 ml Dashmool Kadha with equal quantity of water
Dinner (8:30pm)
1 Multigrain thalipeeth with ghee
Bedtime
1 glass milk with 1 tsp Shatavari Kalp
