Diet plays a very important role in nurturing your body specially after childbirth. Since you are also breastfeeding your little one, making sure that you are taking in all the necessary nutrients becomes your top priority. Here’s a diet plan for you which will nourish you.
Early Morning (7:00 am-8:00 am)
Herbal Milk/Tea Soaked
Almonds (10)
Breakfast (8:30am-9:00am)
Broken wheat upama / Daliya with lots of veggies
1 glass milk with 1 tsp Shatavari Kalp
Mid- Morning (10:00 am- 10:30 am)
Coconut Water
Lunch (12:30pm-1:00pm)
Chapatti (2) & Red lentil / Masoor Dal with jeera + 1 glass fresh buttermilk
Lentil (1 bowl)
1 glass fresh buttermilk
Mid-Evening (4:00pm-4:30pm)
1 Fruit (apple/orange/sweetlime/ muskmelon/ banana/ custard apple/ papaya)
Evening (6:00pm-6:30pm)
1 Bowl Clear vegetable soup (green veggies/spinach/ tomato)
Late Evening (8:00pm)
1 shunthi vati
Dinner (8:30pm)
Moong Dal Khichdi with ghee
Bedtime
1 glass milk with 1 tsp Shatavari Kalp
