19 followers. FollowA: Aap lactare granules milk me 2 tbsp dalkr twice daily piyo usse milk production achcha hota h.. it's tried and tested and breastmilk din me 2 baar pump krke do.
Pump krne se bhi milk supply badhti h and apko idea bhi ho jaega apka baby kitna milk peeta h.
