    Updated on 3 November 2023

Breast milk is the healthiest choice of nutrition for a newborn baby. It contains all the essential nutrients from the mother's body, which are derived from the food that the mother consumes. According to health agencies and experts, breast milk provides the power of resistance to fight various diseases and infections that a baby may contract during the rest of its life. However, many moms are nowadays opting to feed their baby formula milk. Some parents choose formula feeding for the sake of convenience, whilst there are others who are forced to choose it because of low breast milk production.
